Pacific Computing provides technical support for all of the products it distributes. A team of highly experienced technical support staff provide both telephone and email support for Australasia from our head office in Brisbane, Australia.
As well as local technical support for Tekla Structures registered users can also access Tekla's 'Extranet' website where they can download the latest versions and patches, peruse the useful hints & tips, be kept up to date by reading the latest product bulletins, visit the on-line chat room and submit official support and development Requests.
Training
In addition to our technical support services, Pacific Computing also offers comprehensive training in the software products we sell. We offer basic, intermediate and advanced courses in both steel and concrete structures, the use of custom components and update training for the new Version 15 Tekla Structures.
